A calendar invite confirming these details will be sent to the email address we've been in contact with. While we understand that unexpected events can occur, we kindly request that you arrive promptly for your appointment. Please note that your tattoo appointment will not be officially confirmed on our end until the deposit has been made. Thank you for your understanding.

Deposit and Payment Policy

Kindly note that your tattoo session reservation is for a specific time and date and is non-refundable. As with any transaction, payments are subject to a service tax, which is not included in the tattoo fee. We accept payments for the remaining balance of your tattoo via various methods, including Zelle, authorized credit cards, select cryptocurrencies, and cash. Thank you for your understanding.

Design Consultation

Unless specified otherwise, your tattoo design will be created with Rich on the day of your appointment. During this time, you'll have the opportunity to discuss and finalize the specifics of your design before the tattooing process begins. Please ensure you have any necessary pictures or references ready for the design.

If you're providing an older photo for a portrait tattoo, please bring the original physical copy or a high-quality scan. We require the highest possible quality of reference material to ensure the best outcome for your tattoo.

Preparation Instructions

The days preceding your tattoo appointment are just as crucial as the day itself. It's important to maintain hydration and moisturization, especially in the area where the tattoo will be placed, in the days leading up to your appointment. A consistent skincare routine can greatly benefit your skin's readiness for the process. However, on the day of your tattoo, please refrain from applying lotion to the tattoo area.

Additionally, it's advisable to avoid heavy alcohol consumption the night before to prevent dehydration during your appointment. Ensuring you get a good night's rest the evening prior is essential. On the morning of your appointment, be sure to have a nutritious breakfast to avoid sitting through the process on an empty stomach.

Clothing Choice

Please consider your clothing choice for the day of your appointment. Opt for comfortable attire that allows easy access to the area being tattooed, while also taking into account the weather conditions. It's important to wear something that you'll feel relaxed in during the session, and that can be easily adjusted if necessary.

Please note that tattoo ink can stain clothing permanently, so be cautious about what you wear during your appointment.

Duration of Appointment

Each tattoo session varies in duration, so please refrain from assuming how long yours will take. It's important to keep in mind that our artist, Rich, works meticulously and your tattoo deserves his full attention. We kindly ask that you avoid making firm plans immediately after your appointment, as this can create unnecessary time constraints for Rich. If you do have commitments, please communicate them in advance so we can accommodate your schedule to the best of our ability.

Aftercare Instructions

After your tattoo is completed, you'll receive detailed aftercare instructions to promote optimal healing. To care for your tattoo properly, you'll need an aftercare ointment and an antibacterial soap. These items are available for purchase at our studio, saving you a trip to the store if needed. Additionally, we recommend avoiding direct sunlight, pools, or the beach for at least two weeks following your tattoo to safeguard the healing process.
